Many people seek counseling when things unexpectedly change, and others when they have decided to make a change in their lives. My approach includes bringing my own experiences to bear on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Integrative therapy which is sometimes referred to as holistic or Strengths-based therapy. While CBT emphasizes developing new skills to make changes, a strengths-based approach utilizes a person’s abilities and dispositions that can be built upon to help them work through difficult times. Simply put, it’s easier to build on a foundation than to start from scratch.

Together, we’ll find what works for you so you are equipped with stress-reducing and coping techniques to navigate all areas of your life such as home, work, and relationships.
